  • 1 teaspoon melon seeds

  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Grated cheese for garnish

  1. Preparing Bhaja Masala:

  • In a dry pan, add the bay leaf, coriander seeds, green cardamom pods, black cardamom pods, cumin seeds, black pepper, and cloves.
