Directions

  • Take the watermelon and cucumber in a large bowl.
  • Spread cottage cheese.
  • Drizzle honey, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle mint leaves over the salad and toss.

  • I have used Indian cucumber, but you can take English cucumber.
