  • Add a little salt to the greens.
  • Cook the mixture, cover the pan, for about 5 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams paneer, cut into cubes

  • 2 tablespoon fresh cream

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add paneer cubes. saute until they turn golden brown. Once fried keep them aside.

  • Fry the onion in the same oil. Saute until onion is soft and translucent.

  • Add ginger and garlic paste., and green chilies. Saute 2-3 minutes and then add spinach and chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle a pinch of salt.

  • Cover the pan and let them cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes remove the lid. Veggies almost turned soft. Turn off the gas, keep them for cooling.

  • When the veggies come to normal temperature, put them in a blender to make a smooth paste.

  • Add cumin, turmeric and red chili powder. mix well. cook for 2-3 minutes.

  • Add curd and fresh cream. cook for another 3 minutes on medium flame and make hariyali masala.

  • In a frying pan heat little amount of oil. Add spinach mix.

  • Once masala is cooked add paneer cubes. mix them thoroughly. After few minutes add garam masala. and remove from the heat.
